I got another delivery today, This book, My Dehydrator, The Jar sealers for my Food Saver among other things. I cant wait to start using this, I am going through the book and trying to figure out what it is that I am gonna try out first in the new machine. I have used the Pressure Canner to put up my Tomato Soup, the Food Saver to put away all the chicken I got on sale, and the Juicer, well that one was an experience lol ... I have been spending the weekend starting my downsizing, Started with the kitchen where I basically packed up all the christmas dishes, rearranging shelves and my pantry. then I went and tossed out a ton of crap from my bedroom closet. I still have more than I need but I have to do this in baby steps. Not sure what I am going to go through next after I de-clutter the bathroom, but I know it is not going to include any heavy lifting as I have thrown my back out for the second time in two weeks. so for now I sit reading my book, playing online, and enjoying my heating pad!
